Richard II and Coriolanus

That terrific actor Ralph Fiennes takes on two of the most demanding, and psychologically fascinating, roles in Shakespeare. In a typically adventurous move the Almeida is presenting the plays, to be directed by Jonathan Kent, in the ruined shell of the old Gainsborough Studios, London N1. Richard II begins previews on April 12 and Coriolanus follows on June 14. They then play in rep until July 22. Tickets: 020 7359 4404.
