      Film star brothers Ralph and Joseph Fiennes are hoping to sneak into New York next week unnoticed by those vigilant professionals known as paparazzi. Literary insiders, though, know to expect the brothers for a reading to mark the paperback release of "Blood Ties," a novel by their late mother, the writer Jennifer Lash.  Joining them as a reader at the July 27 event, sponsored by the New School's writing program, will be their sister Sophie, a producer.

      The novel's publisher, Bloomsbury USA, had first planned a reading to launch the hardcover's publication last year, but film commitments like "Shakespeare in Love" got in the way, a spokeswoman said.
